Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please note:
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Some items may be excluded from returns (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Bath & Pedestal Mats
- Bath Pillows
- Personal care items
- Any products that have been used or installed
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
For international returns (outside UK), please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using the original shipping method (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for returns
