All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

International Shipping

For international orders outside the UK:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden decor purchases. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Items are unused and in resalable condition
  • You provide original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bath & Pedestal Mats
  • Bath Pillows
  • Personal care items
  • Any products that have been used or installed

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement once the return is received

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns

For returns outside the UK:
